At Manor Field Junior School, we have a team of trained year 5 Play Leaders who help at lunch time at the infant school. They work alongside year R, 1 and 2, encouraging the younger children to play small sided games which teaches them to share with each other and promotes team spirit.  This also creates a link with the junior school, enabling the younger children to recognise some familiar faces when they come to the juniors.
