School Uniform

We are really proud to be launching our new Manor Field Schools logo, in partnership with Manor Field Infant School.

From September 2020, there will be a transition period from the old school uniform of white and grey, to the new colours: white and navy blue.

The jumper remains jade green; however, new jumpers (available from Skoolkit) have our new logo emblazoned on them.

The new school uniform consists of:

Children should wear black shoes only - trainers are only to be worn for PE lessons.  Shoes and sandals must be supportive and hold a child’s foot in place so that they are safe.  Children are allowed to change into their trainers for break and lunchtimes but must change back into school shoes afterwards.

The Manor Field fleece jackets can be worn outside only and should not replace a jumper or cardigan.

Skirts should be of a reasonable length.

In the summer, a green and white checked summer dress may be worn.

It is essential that all items of uniform are clearly named, so that they can be identified and returned to the child if misplaced.   We do no operate  a 'Lost Properly' system.

Items can be purchased from a variety of local shops, with the exception of the Jade Green fleece, sweatshirt or cardigan with the logo, which can only be purchased from SkoolKit, in Basingstoke Town Centre.

P.E Kit

All children take part in weekly PE and Games sessions, and for reasons of hygiene and safety, must have a complete change of clothing for these sessions.  The PE kit comprises of:

Indoor PE: Navy plain t-shirt and black shorts, bare feet.

Outdoor PE: Navy t-shirt, Navy shorts, trainers or plimsolls. In the winter months, they may also wear dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms and a warm jumper.

The Navy t-shirt must be different to the one worn as part of their uniform and they must have a change of footwear. It is not acceptable to use their school shoes for sport.

All PE kit should be clearly named and sent to school in a drawstring bag, which can hang from the cloakroom pegs. Please do not use a rucksack as there is not room for them to hang on the pegs. PE kits will need to washed at least half-termly.
